1. The deal

iamaudio is an audio publishing and discovery platform. By signing up you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't sign up.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your password, your handle, and your private login slug. Don't share your login slug. We can't recover your account without access to the email you registered with.

3. What you publish

You own everything you upload. By publishing, you grant iamaudio a non-exclusive license to store, transmit, transcode, and display your content as needed to run the service.

You may not upload content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, harasses or threatens specific people, or violates the privacy of others. We can remove content that violates these terms.

4. Listener behavior

Comments are public. Don't harass other users. Don't impersonate. Don't spam.

5. No warranties

The service is provided as-is. We try to keep it available but make no guarantees. Back up anything you care about.

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
